If you refer a new hire, you may be eligible for up to $500 in bonus. All the full-time and part-time U.S based employees on active payroll are eligible to participate. |

Referred candidate must be on AdvanceSoft’s payroll for 90 days before the referral amount is paid. |

Referral bonus is subject to all applicable taxes. |

Candidates whose resumes have been submitted in the past 6 months by any other means including email, call-in or self-submission do not earn an award for submission. |

Candidates who were former employees of AdvanceSoft in the past 6 months do not earn an award for submission. |

Amount award will be depending on the job position for which the referral is hired. Bonus amount will be disclosed before on-boarding the new hire. |

In order to process an award, referred candidate must be placed on active payroll within 6 months of referral submission. |
